GTA 6 Pre-Order Bonuses: What You Get and How to Claim Them

The short answer

Pre-order or buy GTA 6 before November 20, 2026 and you get the Vintage Vice City Pack at no extra cost. Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition both. Digital buyers also get one free month of GTA+. Boxed buyers do not.

What is in the Vintage Vice City Pack

Rockstar lists four things:

• The ’55 Vapid Stanier, a classic two-tone sedan.
• The Shore Court garage near Ocean Beach, with a weapon locker and a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced. This is the only part of the pack that is not cosmetic.
• Outfits and hairstyles for both Jason and Lucia.
• An exclusive weapon pattern that can be applied to most guns.

Who gets it

Everyone who buys before the deadline. The pack is included with digital purchases of either edition made before November 20, 2026, and with the boxed code in box version. Rockstar’s store page carries a while supplies last footnote on the offer.

It is not an Ultimate Edition exclusive. That is the most common error in coverage of it. You do not need the ninety nine dollar tier to get the Stanier or the garage. What the Ultimate Edition adds is a separate and much larger list, covered on our editions guide.

The free month of GTA+ is digital only

Rockstar’s support article lists the GTA+ month under digital versions only. The physical pre-order contents list stops at the pack. Take-Two’s June 24 announcement says the same thing: a free month of GTA+ for digital pre-orders.

So if you buy the boxed version, including from Rockstar’s own store, you get the pack and not the month.

How to claim the GTA+ month

On PlayStation. After buying the digital Standard or Ultimate Edition before November 20, open the GTA+ product page on the PlayStation Store and complete the transaction at no cost. The deadline is March 31, 2027.

On Xbox. Redeem it in the Offers and Credits section of the Microsoft Store, within 180 days of your purchase.

Three rules apply on both platforms:

1. One redemption per platform account, no matter how many copies you buy.
2. If you refund GTA 6 and buy it again, you do not get a second month.
3. Existing GTA+ members use the same steps. The month is added on to the subscription you already have.

After the free month, the membership renews at the regular monthly price until you cancel it.

The Xbox deadline is not March 31

This one is our arithmetic applied to Rockstar’s stated rule, so check it against your own receipt.

On PlayStation the deadline is a fixed date. On Xbox it is 180 days from the day you bought the game, which means it moves with you. If you pre-ordered on June 25, the day pre-orders opened, your window closes around December 22, 2026, roughly a month after launch.

Count 180 days forward from your own purchase date and put it in your calendar now.

Claiming it today is the wrong move

GTA+ is a GTA Online membership. Take-Two’s own announcement describes what it unlocks right now: GTA V and other classic Rockstar titles through the GTA+ Games Library.

There is nothing inside GTA 6 attached to it, and Rockstar has not announced online play for GTA 6 or a date for it. Claim the month in August and it expires in September, months before the game arrives, and then it starts billing you.

Redeem it at or after launch instead, inside your deadline, and cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to keep it.

What boxed buyers need to know

• The box contains a download code. There is no disc.
• Boxes ship and become available for pickup from retailers starting November 12, so the code can be redeemed in time to preload.
• The Vintage Vice City Pack is included. The GTA+ month is not.
• There is no boxed Ultimate Edition. Redeem the Standard code first, then buy the Ultimate Edition Upgrade from the PlayStation or Microsoft store whenever you like.
• PlayStation codes are tied to region groups that must match your account region. Xbox codes are not region locked. Codes bought in Japan expire 170 days after launch under local rules.

What is not announced

Rockstar’s support article and the store listings do not say when the pack items become available once you start playing, or whether the Stanier has its own performance stats. We will check both on our own PS5 at launch and update this page rather than guess now.
